Organic Farming Certification Program
The Arkansas Organic Agriculture project is part of the USDA-funded Transition to Organic Partnership Program (TOPP) of the Midwest region. The project is a program of the USDA Organic Transition Initiative. TOPP is a collaborative effort involving many partners working together towards a common goal.
